Life transitions can force you into change. You can turn change into TRANSFORMATION.

About Therapy
Imagine feeling better, hopeful, and moving in a healthy direction. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In your sessions I'll promote healthy behavioral transformation and challenge self-defeating thought patterns that keep you stuck. I can help you feel more confident in your ability to take life on while implementing strategies that help you build the life you desire and deserve.
Specialties
While I'm devoted to helping people with a variety of struggles, I do have a few areas of concentration. My primary focuses are life transitions, anxiety, and parenting.

Life Transitions
From Life Change to Transformations
Traveling the road of life's inevitable changes is intimidating for most people. Navigating each turn can produce feelings of fear and worry. I can help you maneuver the ups and downs of life's transitions putting you back on course to reaching your goals. Some of the transitions we can work on include becoming a parent, adjusting to a new job, college, an empty nest, retirement, new relationship, young adulthood and independence, aging, health, grief and loss, buying or selling a home, and relocation.
"Change is inevitable, growth is optional". ~John C. Maxwell
Anxiety
A Happier, Healthier You Ahead
You are getting things done and moving along, but you wonder if others can see through the facade. Feeling overwhelmed and inadequate makes you question each turn. When stress from your job, pressures and responsibilities from home and family have you spinning out of control, your thoughts racing and your muscles tightened, I can help you work through the emotions and utilize effective strategies that will help you conquer your worries and feel more in balance.
You will find your personal power through life balance.

Parenting
Here For You
You dreamt of the moment you'd have them. You thought about the fairy tale only to wake up to the chaos of reality. So many questions and uncertainties. Should I work full-time or part-time? Should I stay home? Should I feel this way? Shouldn't I want to be with my children all the time? Parenting is not for the faint of heart. Your often so tired you can't think straight and self-care seems like a world away. I can help you find your way to gaining confidence in yourself and your parenting.
"Being a parent is learning about the strengths you didn't know you had and the fears you didn't know existed". ~Unknown
